this is thedavez pickin' up the slack for the "BIGCHEESE." happy valentines day, it's time to make love to the weights.

Barbell:
4x2 Power clean & push jerk complex - (FLOOR, HANG, JERK = 1 rep)

Strength:
3x5 Front Squat @ 75%
5x5 Deadlift @ 75% (for deads, first two sets at 50%, 60%, last three at 75%, the LH standard approach)

Conditioning:

5 rounds for time:
5 GTO (95/65)
10 Box Jumps
15 K2E

*15 min cap*

Cashout:
3x8 Lunges/Reverse Lunges
3xME L-sit holds
3x1min reverse weighted planks
