Strength:

4x5 - Front Squat @ 65%

4x5- Deadlift @ 65%

WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP
Accumulate 1 Min in Plank Hold
Then,

3 Hang Cleans @115
3 Pump Sit-Ups

    power cleans + j - 1x3+1@135, 3x3+1@155

    Strength:
    FS - 4x5@155 felt Ok but thought I broke my hips on the first set lol
    Deads - 4x5@225 felt nice but a little light

    Cond:
    9 rnds + 12 cleans (used light band on dips)
