THEDAVEZ hits a big pr on saturday. The first PR out of all the followers on this program. Big step in the right direction for us.

Here is me missing 195 lbs, which would be a PR for me. I can feel 200 lbs breathing down my neck.

Barbell:

4x3 - 3 Snatches(floor)

4x5 - Snatch Grip DL(AHAP)

Strength:

5x5 - Strict press @ 75%

WOD:

21-15-9
Shoulder to overhead @ 95
Toes to Bar
50 DU's

Cash Out:
Dips 3x10(weighted)

    4x3 snatch - 115 was real good, and then 125 i hit 2 then failed a bunch. had trouble locking out over head, gotta work on keeping the bar closer.
    4x5 snatch dead - 205

    Strength:
    5x5 press - 105

    Cond:
    10:30, 75# shoulders were shot and t2b suck

    cashout:
    3x10 dips, used red band (lighter than last time)

    Snatch - 135,145, 155, 155 (on both 155's I missed the last rep)
    snatch dl- 205(tough as hell, great excercise)

    strenth:
    press - 115(very tough)

    WOD:
    don't know time sucked at double unders today

    1 x 10 , 2x6 weighted vest(roughly 25lbs)

    strength:
    135 (a silly thing)

    wod:
    5:20 (slow t2b...need to work on better kip)

    traps:
    93 reps (work on overhead squats and mobility, burpees were fun)
