1) Incline Bench Press - 3/50 3 sets use a weight you can get close to 50 for
2) Back squat - 3x5
3) Chin ups - 50 reps in as few sets
4) Dips - 5 x 10

    2.) 3x5 @ 195
    3.) Chin ups on the lat pulldown - 20+15+15 110lb
    4.) Yup
    5.) Bike intervals 20 sec on 10 off for 10 min, 10 sec on 20 off for 10 min, 5 min cool down
